I am old. In the what seems like daily messages from the Social Security Administration I found my Medicare card. I didn't expect it so soon. It isn't official until July 1, but it's a Medicare card for goodness sake!
I called up my bank on line to check my balance, and there, posted on May 3 was a new deposit. It was my first Social Security check. It is official. I am old.

Congratulations! You will qualify for all sorts of discounts! We found one for 50-yr. olds, and were quite pleased. Hubby is 60 and has some brand new opportunities! :-)
well/////guess what ? You aren't old...I AM....got my Medicare card 4 years ago...hope all is going well with the knee.Peace and blessings.....and...pppsssst...I am also a Lutheran....my g-dad was a Lutheran minister....son # 2 was stationed in San Antonio twice...
